About Me
Welcome to my next chapter.
Hello! I'm so glad you're here. For the past twenty-something years, my title was primarily "Mom." My days were filled with school runs, soccer practices, endless laundry, and the beautiful, exhausting chaos of raising children.
Now, the house is quiet. The bedrooms are empty, save for the occasional visit. And while I miss the noise sometimes, I've also discovered a profound sense of freedom.
"Musings of an Empty Nester" is my space to document this transition. It's a place where I share my thoughts on rediscovering old passions, redefining my identity, and navigating the bittersweet journey of letting go.
Whether you're an empty nester yourself, approaching this phase, or just curious about what happens after the kids move out, I hope you'll find something here that resonates with you.
